These Terms of Use govern your use of the TripZippy website and mobile app (the "Service"), provided by TripZippy. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. 1. The Service

   TripZippy is a travel-planning tool. It helps you discover attractions, select the places you want to visit, organize them into days and suggest an efficient visiting order.

   TripZippy is not a travel agency. It does not sell or book flights, accommodation, tickets or tours, and it is not a party to any agreement you make with third parties.

2. 2. Accounts

   Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. 3. Acceptable use

   When using the Service, you agree not to:

   • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
   • interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
   • access the Service by automated means, or copy its content at scale, without permission;
   • use the Service to send spam or harmful content.

4. 4. Travel information and route suggestions

   Information about places, opening hours, distances, visit durations and routes is provided for planning purposes only and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Always check important details with official sources before you travel.

   Suggested visiting orders are recommendations. You are responsible for your travel decisions, your safety and for following local laws and rules.

5. 5. Third-party content and maps

   The Service may display maps, place data, images and links from third parties. That content belongs to its owners and is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

6. 6. Your content

   Trips and itineraries you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Service to you.

7. 7. Intellectual property

   The TripZippy name, logo, design, software and content created by us are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond normal use of the Service.

8. 8. Availability and changes to the Service

   The Service is under active development. We may add, change or remove features, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

9. 9. Limitation of liability

   To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses resulting from travel decisions, inaccurate third-party information or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. 10. Termination

    You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms.

11. 11. Applicable law

    These terms are governed by the laws applicable where TripZippy is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts.

12. 12. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new update date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
